We recently added a living room balcony to our Hollywood Hills home, and felt very fortunate to have Ari overseeing the project. His initial bid was competitively priced, and he`s honest, prompt, conscientious and an all-around great guy. He brought in a terrific architect & engineer to draw up the plans, and made sure everything was constructed according to city codes, sometimes absorbing extra costs to get the job done right. Yes, we ended up spending a little more than the initial bid, but that`s to be expected on a large scale, hillside project. Highly recommended if you`re doing big structural changes and renovations to your house.

Ari’s crew is really great. The Forman is top notch and the workers showed up every single day at the what seemed like the crack of dawn. They smiled and sang all day long and were really kinda pleasant to have around. (I mean as pleasant as it can be to have a bunch of strange guys in your house all day.)
We spent more than expected, but hey – I guess that`s the way it always goes, so it`s par for the course. The bottom line is that we love our groovy new home! I highly recommend ESV | Prime Construction if you`re looking for someone to do some work on your house!
