Founded in 2005 in the heart of Los Angeles, ESV Prime Construction Specialists began with a simple mission: deliver honest, high-quality construction work that homeowners could trust. What started as a small team tackling kitchen renovations in the San Fernando Valley has grown into a full-service general contracting firm with 500+ completed projects across 41+ neighborhoods in Los Angeles County.
Our founder, Ari, brought over two decades of hands-on construction expertise to ESV. A licensed General Contractor with deep knowledge of Los Angeles building codes, LADBS permitting processes, and California seismic requirements, Ari personally oversees every project from initial consultation to final walkthrough. His philosophy is straightforward: treat every home as if it were his own.
